The Experience
1. Engagement Session
Let’s have a fun day hanging out and taking some pictures together! We can go for a hike, relax at a vineyard, stroll along the beach, or whatever feels like you. I encourage couples to make it their own, but I am happy to provide recommendations if you would like. Engagement sessions are a great way to get to know your photographer and get comfortable before the wedding.
2. Timeline Meeting
I’ll reach out around 2 months before your wedding to organize a time to catch up again and have our pre wedding meeting. That's when we'll go through the schedule of your day in detail and put together an accurate timeline and shot list!
3. The Wedding Day
Relax and have fun enjoying one of the most amazing days of your life! You make the memories and I’ll take care of capturing them.
4. After the Wedding
You will receive some wedding highlights shortly after the big day and I aim to have all your photos edited and uploaded to your private online gallery within 6-8 weeks. Your videos will be ready in around 8-12 weeks.

Will you help with our timeline? Can I provide a shot list?
Yes and yes! Around 2 months out from your wedding I will reach out to schedule a meeting to go over your photography timeline and wedding day details. We will go through each part of the day together and discuss the best options to facilitate a fun and relaxed experience. I strongly encourage a shot list - especially for family formals!
What fail-safes / backups to you have in place to ensure our memories are safe?
We shoot on multiple camera bodies with dual card slots recording duplicates of each photo taken. On the wedding day, photographers and videographers will have backup cameras, lenses, lights, and everything in between. Equipment does fail, and we are equipped to deal with with it.
As soon as we return home from your wedding, we begin backup of all your data using the 3-2-1 rule (3 total copies of data, 2 different storage types, 1 off-site copy).
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes we do. Just let me know if your venue requires a COI and I can provide one.
How do we book with you?
Ready to book? Awesome! To reserve your wedding date, I require a signed contract and a $1,000 retainer. You will be able to e-sign the contract via your client portal and will have access to all of your information there including your contract, invoice, and questionnaires.
